"I stayed here for 2 nights and the staff was really friendly. The check in process was easy, note that the check in times on hotels.com are not correct and you can check in later. I'd contact the hotel to confirm. They spoke multiple languages at the hotel, which was helpful and were very nice. The restaurant was really good for dinner and reasonably priced. "The room was basic but comfortable and clean. Great view from the balcony. Above all, the amazing hospitality of Fabric was outstanding - genuinely friendly, huge character. He generously recommended a shop where i could buy delices - and took the trouble to drew me a map of how to get there the following morning. "We had a great stay at this small hotel tucked away in a wooded area of the Vosges. The renovated room was very comfortable with good quality bedding and although the bathroom was a little dated everything worked well with plenty of hot water.
