"My family has visited a lot of all inclusive resorts and this is one of our favorites! The food is delicious (we prefer the buffet and didn’t try the restaurants). The pools are lovely and the water slides are so so fun. I have a 12 and 14 year old who were so happy and entertained. The ocean is perfect for swimming and playing in (small) waves. "Location was great. Easy 45 minute ride from the international airport and less than that to local attractions. Food was great at the hotel and always had plenty of options for adults and children. Note: We had the premium package and would recommend. Kudos to the staff for keeping the property, rooms and pools clean at this large facility. "

"This is my 2nd time staying at Paitilla Inn hotel. The rooms have been updated since 2019 and the bay view is always a must. It's close to everything including the walk along the malecon to enjoy some street food and culture plus it gives you full access to all of restaurants to view in the area just walking the malecon. Don't forget to feed the cats that walk along the malecon walls. I like the breakfast buffet but next time please include BACON. Beware of the birds that land on your plate to steal your food if you dine on the patio but it was fun to watch them do this. Next time I'm back in Panama, I will be staying at Paitilla Inn hotel."

"Despite of making request at the booking time few days in advance that need early check in but didn’t get honoured, they said room only available at 3 pm, when check out is up to 12 noon then they can’t clean and make ready if someone requested few days before "
