"Front desk and dining room staff are all courteous and helpful. I have stayed here for a week to 12 days in four of the last 5 years and will return. The dining room is very good and we enjoyed the newer menu. After a snowstorm I asked to borrow a shovel to move some snow from our rental vehicle. When the front desk person got one for me he volunteered to do the shovelling for me. It wasn’t a big deal for me to do it but I most certainly appreciated his offer to help."

"There was black mould in the bath tub and mould spores in the exhaust vent. If I had anywhere else to stay I would've left, but all the other hotels in town were already booked up. Can't believe this place can justify charging almost $200/night. Towels and toilet paper are like sandpaper. The bed was fine."
