I had amazing correspondence before my arrival with the manage Munna who helped organise a clothes delivery to the hotel for my arrival and made me feel welcome before I even got there! When checking in, I was greeted by all the staff in a very warm welcoming and friendly manner. "Hotel ambience and breakfast was great. But you would see packed with business conference in the main lobby which was little frustrating. I hope they could set up a separate business hall for these conference like other hotels to minimize the disruption in the lobby. We booked a room but the bed was twin kids size which was unexpected and we have to ask extra bed to fit 4 people. It was uncomfortable night. But for the price it is expensive and we didn’t expect one night price with twin size...
