"We stayed for one night at the hotel. It was a very clean and modern one bedroom apartment. My kids enjoyed the pool which was clean and the breakfast was amazing. The location of the hotel is right above a mall so it was very convenient for shopping and dining options. As my kids wanted to use the pool till after check out time the manager agreed for a late checkout. Thank you so much! All in all an excellent hotel and superb service. Will definitely come again. "

"The staff was very helpful and friendly. The beds were nice but the shower door was missing and you couldn’t turn the bedroom lights off without turning all the power off to the whole suite."

"Very bad experiance i had .I travel a lot and never found such a hotel and such people. Horrible. During my stay of nine days they have cleaned my room just once and came back to clean on the last day i told them to get lost i dont neec cleaning. Horrible food in small plastic bags no plates no spoons i have our whatsapp chat for everything if you want i can forward ,just look at the times i have askedthem to clean my room they would say 11 oclock then 3 o clock then tomorrow and during my stay...

"The whole building stinks from the reception to the individual rooms. The smell gave me headache. The chairs are dirty. The sheets are stained. The furniture is old. "

"If I could rate 10 stars, I would! From beginning until the very end, I had the nicest stay. Staff were extremely attentive and thoughtful- particularly Mahel, Batu and the concierge team! Food options were great and of good quality. Atmosphere was relaxing but also had a good balance over the weekend, with the pool and living room parties- a vibe! I would highly recommend and will definitely be back again!"

"The best hotel I stayed at in Oman. Attentive staff (thank you for the upgrade!), incredible breakfast buffet, great gym & other amenities. Mountain view from the room terrace was very beautiful. Look forward to coming back for a longer stay."
