"I stayed here prior to a Mt. Kilimanjaro climb and it seemed to be the nicest hotel in downtown area. It was very clean, the views of Mt. Kili were SPECTACULAR, the staff was so very kind and helpful. The best part is the rooftop restaurant. The surrounding downtown area doesn’t have many good food options so this was a life saver. "The hotel is very cute & quiet. Rooms are outdated but with a few updates to the bathroom & beds they would be fantastic. The grounds/gardens are gorgeous & well maintained. Very peaceful & quiet location with good view of Mt Kilimanjaro. Food was wonderful with variety. Service was very good. The pool is small but cute & just right for relaxing."

The staff made sure that I had a shuttle to go around town and a safe way to get there, had a secure place to store the remaining luggage, and they made delicious food for breakfast and at the restaurant. "The overall atmosphere, plants , trees, poolside area was charming, The stafff were cheerful,welcoming and very helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent and began promptly at 6.30am. Very useful and important for those of us with abusy day ahead! The vening food was cooked to order and also delicious. The water heater in our room did not work but the room was otherwise good and the housekeeping also good."
