"It's an older hotel but is clean and comfortable. Close to many restaurants and a few attractions e.g. Concubine Lane. Safe neighbourhood. Can be a bit noisy if opposite restaurant has live music, but this stopped at 10 pm. Delicious breakfast but make sure you confirm at reception you have complimentary breakfast included in your booking, if not written in booking confirmation. "Location was good, however, the hotel was dated and underwhelming. It was not very clean and there were bugs (ant like in the rooms). This was a budget hotel so I recognize it is not a Hilton, however, I did expect a bit better. "

"Overall is good. Breakfast just so so. Clean, great bed, pillows are abit too soft to my liking. Staffs are friendly and accommodating."

"The biggest advantage of staying at Aloft KL was the convenience for using public transportation- MRT, LRT etc.. The hotel is connected to the KL Sentral station and a mall. From the airport I took the Klia Express to KL Sentral to get to Aloft and there are visible signs at the station to get to the hotel without leaving the stn.. The train to Batu Caves can also be accessed at KL stn.. Breakfast options were great from eggs to local cuisine and a variety of small pastries. The room was clean and spacious where you could spread out your luggage(s). Beds were comfortable and staff were friendly. Would stay here again. "
