"There were quite some disturbing issues during the stay, I was in a rush to take my car and leave however I need a stamp from the check in desk, the stamping process took abnormally long and it was found out that the machine was jammed and they had me waiting while they try to take the ticket out, it took about roughly 10 mins, they could’ve done a better job in problem solving, such as giving me a new ticket straight away, or contacting the gate keeper to open the parking gate for me to leave....

"It’s walkable to sands, Wynn & MGM casinos, so it’s convenient to take a free shuttle bus from casinos to cotai strip. They are supermarket & convenient store around till mid night since we arrived Macau late at night, we still able to find some food to eat. "I have never had a bad experience with Sofitel and not this time either. Large and luxurious rooms (also Superior rooms) with all amenities. Should I mention anything that could be improved it would be breakfast. Good and a lot of choice, but they had trouble keeping up at peak time. Good but have experienced better in other Dkfitel hotels. Still I do not hesitate to recommend, and would go back if I have the chance.
