"Staff was great -- but they were short staffed, so we did not get our room made up for entire stay (3 nights). Also, lights were burned out and maintenance never showed. We only had one main room light working out of 5, and one burned out over vanity. Sat on chair and back leg was broken, so I fell off of it. Reported all to front desk. They offered to replace chair with another in storage, but we told them just to fix it before the next guest got injured as their maintenance man had already left for the night."
