"This is our second time staying at this location and has now been deemed our preferred hotel when we travel to Lubbock to visit our son who attends school at Texas Tech University. The bed was a little firm for my liking but it served its purpose. The TV situation was a little wonky but that’s not the fault of the hotel. "I didn't explore much. I got there late and left before breakfast. But the design of the room made it feel like it had more space. It was open and nice. Tub worked and was clean. Channel guide didn't work so that was slightly annoying. I didn't look at anything else but I was happy with this place. ."

"Beautiful hotel and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Only thing that wasn’t great was our bathroom was dirty. Sink and counter were covered in hair when we checked into the room. Not a huge deal but makes it questionable if they cleaned after the last person checked out. "
