"We really liked this hotel! We travel all year for our child’s sport, and we were delighted with this little retro gem. It is about 10 min from the Virginia Horse Center. The room was clean and comfortable. The only issue noted was a lack of hot water our first night. The hotel addressed the issue immediately and hot water was back the following morning. The breakfast was standard fare, sufficient for our needs, and the coffee was surprisingly good. This will be our go-to for any future VHC...

"This was a wonderful property to stay at convenient location off the highway. Check in staff with friendly and accommodating, room was clean, bed was comfortable, handicap, accessible bathroom a little outdated, but still nice. I would definitely stay here again."

"The person at the front desk was not very friendly when we checked in but did her job well. Everyone else was very polite and friendly during the stay especially the breakfast workers. They made sure breakfast was hot and refilled with many options, and available for several hours, not just one or two like many other places.
