"This place is a scam! It's located in a hilly area and if it's snowing it's nearly impossible to reach it by walking. The furniture was worn out, mattresses, couches ...etc were not eligible for human use! Couldn't stay there for more than 30 min. and ended up wasting all my money spent on this property. Don't recommend it to anyone. "

"We stayed for one night on our way to Antalya, apartment was really big and the hot tub was a nice experience. The bathroom needs some repairing but in all we enjoyed our stay. The staff were nice and polite. "

"I had an excellent experience at the Tasigo Spa Hotel in Eskisehir. I used most of the facilities during my stay. The Spa is spectacular. The dining options were also amazing. I recommend this hotel to anyone who visits this beautiful city. The hotel is near the Odunpazari area which makes the experience even better. "

Great hotel!

"I stayed at the Merlot for a week; it was my introduction to being a tourist in Turkey and overall a great experience! My room was exceptionally clean and the front desk staff personnel were excellent. My only complaints are minor: There was no way to control the heat in my room and many times it got too warm. The bathroom continually projected an odor of backed up sewage. Not sure if the plumbing needs flushing?"

" - The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. - The water pressure in the shower was satisfactory. - The front desk agents were well-trained, professional, and provided excellent service. - The lobby was clean and nicely decorated, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, while the stay was comfortable, the restaurant service needs attention to match the otherwise high standards of the hotel."
