“I stayed 1 night here. really beautiful atmosphere. sunset cruise very nice. However, they claimed 2500 rupees for using jacuzzi with spilling wine. The water in jacuzzi is reused by there own purification system which is uninformed. That one is only disappointment in staying Kumarakom Lake resort. Except for that, the atmosphere, really beautiful. Thank you”

“Overall, the property was very nice and good value. Just a couple of maintenance related issues such as the balcony door was misaligned and was not easy to lock. The bathroom door was squeaky and the bright air conditioning light would not turn off with the remote. I also strongly recommend the management to consider putting some contrast strips on stairs. “Beach was beautiful- World Class! The room was perfect- great size. Food was excellent with good variety for all. Pool was fun and clean. Staff was amazing and helpful. But remember that you are in a resort- best to go out and do some local shopping to get a real feel for the area.
