"The only problem we had was no safety handles in the shower. As we have mobility issues and the tub sides are very tall. The Hand washing area was large making washing up very easy and comfortable. The man at check in was VERY helpful and kind."

"The description of this house is not accurate. It is a SHARED house, split into 4. You very much notice the other people staying. We did have 2 big issues, that did get a tiny bit of attention but did not get resolved. The first night we were there, it was 80 degrees in the house (in winter), and the thermostat was set at 60. "I'll be completely honest, when i walked in to the creepy old maze of a hallway I was uncertain. Pinestead surprises! We stayed in a Kitchenette and none of us wanted to leave! Everything was clean and well maintained. Staff was helpful and kind. Our room was spacious, cozy, and close enough to the beach to hear the waves! I am disabled and our room was close enough that i could manage to get too and from my car with only my cane (i definitely would have needed the wheelchair had i gone to the pool though as it was opposire end of hotel... but there ARE elevators to accomodate that!l I'm poor, so we would only revisit on off season... but we are already talking about making it our spring break tradition if we can afford it! We loved our weekend with Pinestead Reef! It was honestly, pretty close to perfect spot for us! "
