“We were delighted with out stay - from the check-in to the Manager (Michelle) checking in to see if there was anything we additionally needed. From Benson and colleagues at the door through to the restaurant - one of out best stays ever. Great team and can recommend the Sunday Roast lunch as well - just perfect.”

“Staff were all very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was excellent in terms of choice and quality. Champagne Bar cosy. Room was a delux double but on 3rd floor so in the eaves. Dimly lit one small window, lack of plug sockets and mirror in the main room. TV signal poor. Housekeeping was good, fresh towels daily, nice touch of fresh milk in the fridge however, we had to request water to be replaced and the biscuits were not replaced after arrival not that we were desperate but would of been...

“Absolutely fantastic experience. Our balcony room was incredible with the most wonderful view over St Helier. The spa was absolutely brilliant with 4 pools, steam room and sauna all available to hotel guests, and the breakfast was delicious, albeit not an open buffet on weekdays and a limited hot buffet selection at weekends. The staff were friendly and helpful, and overall made the experience fantastic. We shall most certainly return.”
