"Check in was efficient and staff felt like they wanted to serve you, unlike some places where it feels like you’re a burden. Staff on hand to support you to your room if you need it. The room was well appointed, though both bedside lights were detached from the wall, the TV option to cast from your own device didn’t work, and the shower broke when attempting to use it. All apart from the TV were fixed quickly, though for a 5 star hotel, especially the lights and TV, should have been sorted...

"I could not say more about this hotel and the area! This was the most beautiful stop in our 4 country visit. I was so shocked and surprised at the views and the incredible property that we stayed at. I actually wanted to live there lol. We booked a very nice room that was on the top floor and had his incredible views of all of the Budapest in Crossville River. The Buffay breakfast that was included was very very good. The transit system ran right in front of the property so it’s very easy...
