Es hieß auf der Expedia Bestätigung, dass ich die Unterkunft 24 Stunden vorher kontaktieren muss, da ich da erst eine Nacht vorher gebucht habe, habe ich versucht am folgenden Morgen sie anzurufen. "The staff in the pool and restaurant were outstanding! The food was excellent. The main pool needs maintenance. It has a lot of missing tiles which has caused injuries for my kids. The quickness to address the injuries was lacking. I expected more for a 5 stars resort. "
