"Brandon and his team were absolutely fantastic during our 3 night stay. The hotel is very customer focused and nothing was too much trouble. The staff were visible the whole time, there was a complementary cheese & wine event, the handyman even cleaned bird poop off our rental car. When exploration is at 5K altitude in spring, there could be very low temperature, which requires winter clothes. The property owner offered to move us to a room with a window but we did not want to move for the remaining of our stay … just two more nights. Our room could use a little bit of upkeep. Place is built of adobe and some parts are peeling a bit. The room was comfortable and spacey and staff were nice and accommodating.
