“People in the front desk, they are professional and good guide for us to hVe a great tour. One ride for a day to town (Punda) , good wifi, good pool bar with happy hour, big zaqucci. ”

“Property was very clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. Only thing my shower had a drip which was quite disturbing while in bed. I informed the staff but it was still dripping constantly for my entire trip. Other than that the food was great, staff was friendly and the premises had lots to do.”

“Staff was friendly, drinks were good, resort is right on the beach. We had to wait almost every time we went to the buffet or one of the restaurants. Went to the Spa, had a massage and facial, both were wonderful. Resort is in desperate need of renovations though, I don’t think the Hyatt has put any money into it since it was built in the 60’s, the staff do what they can with what they have. ”
