"When I arrived at the hotel they did not have my reservation. The front desk agent informed me that I would need to call the 3rd party company that booked my reservation, and after calling, with long wait times, and 1.5 hours of my day taken from me trying to resolve the issue I was finally able to get checked in once the front desk manager and the hotel.com staff / manager were able to speak to provide details that my reservation was indeed confirmed and pre-paid "

"Awesome building, massive atrium and indoor swimming pool. Really wish they'd get the hot tub working. This is a beautiful property and it was big and clean. Plus we got a free air show at 12pm checkout with the field directly behind us. The breakfast needs a little work though"
