I read the reviews on our way there and glad I had the heads up on no staff present, challenge on finding the chalet once we arrived as well as where the rooms are and getting code to unlock the door. Thank goodness we found a local number to call in one of the emails. The lady stayed on the phone until she directed us to the right building, room, and explaining lock mechanism.
