"Great and well maintained hotel. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was amazing and the rooms were clean and warm. Very easy to get to central Prague, was only a few minutes from the station and there's a huge shopping centre near by if you need. Only thing I would have liked was the ability to order room service, I never actually asked but there was no menu in the rooms that suggested it wasn't an option. Overall really loved the feel of this hotel. "

A note For new travelers at Brussels Airport, the check in counter does not open until 2 hours before the flight, and you will not even know which counter it is, until posted on a bulletin board. No need to go there extra early like I did, to sit around really early in the morning with limited food options. You...

"I stayed in room 214 there was thick dust on the skirting boards near the window. They had no butter for toast at breakfast on our second morning which was dissapointing. Lady on breakfast checking in was a little abrupt on the first morning but was better on the second morning. Overall enjoyed my stay. "
