Although I didn't experience the same flashy as in other Four Seasons hotels, I was able to feel a sense of comfort through the kindness of the staff, the subtle and appropriate blend of comfort in a limited circumstances, and the understated interiors and amenities, which created a cozy atmosphere."

"This was a great hotel for our 2 nights in Wellington. The area felt safe and we walked everywhere in the town. The room was beautiful and the bed very comfortable. Everything was super clean too.There was some noise from the street but the hotel left ear plugs for use so we slept well. All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. The parking garage was small so make sure you book a space if you need to park at the hotel."

"Property has good location. Chechin and folloeup by staff was terrible. House keeping is not thorough. We like acup of coffe in th morning and had to chase down coffe packets two out of 5 days. "
