Dirty. Unless you request it, you will sleep with the linen of the previous guest. I did request it to be changed, they immediately accepted. But you have to insist to have not just the duvet linen changed... Location is good. I got a quiet room as requested. Breakfast is supposed to be included , but they stated it was not.

It's fine
Be aware that you are in India. So don't expect super clean rooms in super condition unless you go to something pricier. Relative to the neighborhood the room condition was actually fine.
