Staff was helpful and breakfast was good at the hotel. The elevator is very old and needs replaced.

Amazing staff, sweet and caring. Gorgeous room and the best view.

We stayed in a king room on the 4th floor with a patio. I believe it’s the only room on the 4th floor. In dire need of an update/reno. Drapes and blinds need to be replaced. Molding needs to be dusted. Sliding door lock needs to be replaced. Bathroom is very very small. Plants on patios could use some TLC. Everything needs an update. You could hear the elevator from the room and all noises from it operating. Breakfast is provided by the restaurant next door which came to us cold so appears they are preserved on a plate and provided when the hotel guests arrive. No options. Just whatever they serve you on that plate. Only pro was location.

Staff were fantastic - especially front desk and the security/doorman Tevon. Location was good for access to restaurants and the beach. Write up stated a pool but it was next door in another property so had to go down to the lobby walk next door in bathing suit and another elevator to another roof. There was a ‘resort fee’ every day! They claimed in writing that included the pool(next door), WiFi (everywhere has WiFi now), breakfast(mediocre). Its really a money grab and I don’t like money grabs- be upfront with the hotel rate.
