"We are thrilled we chose to stay at this hotel! The staff is exceptional and truly made our family trip unforgettable. Our room was beautiful and spotless, and the pool and jacuzzi provided the perfect way to unwind after our daily adventures. We also dined at the Lava Restaurant—it was an unforgettable experience and highly recommended! This is definitely a place we want to return to. We absolutely loved it!"

"Beautiful pool area, even nicer than the photos show, which is why we chose it! Bar open 11-9 around the pool with reasonable prices. Very quiet and a very quick walk to town. It's also along the way to the Tortuga Bay walk (which takes about 40 minutes). We had a room on the higher floor which had a lovely view of the pool. The staff were very kind. "More hostel than hotel, but therein lies the charm. The location is a short walk to everything. The complimentary breakfast is like being at a family members house when they make breakfast for you as a guest. You get what they serve you, but delicious. "An amazing place to stay. The staff are super friendly and nice, while the hotel garden is as good as any botanical garden, with plenty of turtles and lizards. A bit far from the town, but takes 7$ and 20 min to get there, so not an issue."

"Staff were really warm and courteous, I arrived really early and was allowed to store my luggage. The room was spacious and had a balcony which was perfect for relaxing and drying snorkel gear if you got any too. Después de disfrutar de Puerto Aoya en las Galápagos, se puede entrar en contacto con la vida de los lugareños en el restaurante y supermercado Bellavista. El hotel se encuentra en un lugar tranquilo y relajante. Para llegar a Puerto Aoya, recomendamos alquilar una bicicleta y coger el autobús de vuelta al túnel por 50¢. El personal es amable."
