Hotel staff friendly and very helpful.The hotel is a little further away from the centre of Vienna but an Underground is 5min walk away,and is 4/5 stops away from the Opera house. The garage is right next door to the hotel with access into the hotel but is not run by the hotel. €40 per 24hrs. Take special care parking on weekdays in Austria usually weekends are free. Hot drinks were very expensive everywhere."

"Staff were great, especially the concierge who helped us sort out our trains to Budapest. Only negative was check-in. We had prepaid for an expensive room only to be told when we checked in that the room was not available. The front desk tried to upsell us to a room that was $100 plus higher a day than the room we paid for. We politely refused and said we wanted the room we paid for - and magically the room became available. Our superior room supposedly had a balcony with a view, more like a...
