"I loved how close we were to the main areas yet we felt far away. The place felt as if it were our own home. Loved our number 5 apartment as it had beautiful views. It is a few stairs up so not the easiest of the rooms but well worth it in my opinion. Fully stocked and very spacious and clean."

Note - if paying at on arrival, it is cash only and the atm’s charge for withdrawal… which puts an extra cost on the stay. Recommend for an overnight stay of flying out of Split."

"Host Nikolina was very welcoming & helpful. I opted to have pickup from the airport which helped make arrival stress free. Location is fantastic, as it is just a few minutes easy walk from Pile Gate & bus stop to take me to main bus station for my bus to Split. It was so nice to be able to take a break & refresh between activities, since my room was so close to everything in old town. "

"Hotel exactly as described - immaculate, staff very friendly and the breakfast was fantastic with a lovely view over the city. Great value for money, would definitely recommend. Half an hour walk into the old town but we enjoy walking so we were happy to do. Taxis were also really reasonable when we used them though. We met the owner on the first day, he was very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area, and he offered to ring our taxi for us to the airport on the last day. "

"Highly recommend! A wonderful spacious room containing everything you need, including an amazingly comfy bed. The host provided a wealth of information, including how to easily find the property and local restaurants, bars, activities etc. The location is awesome with a restaurant just around the top left corner that provides food with a view! Lots more restaurants just one level down, and the main area of the old town just a further level below. Barely heard a noise in the room despite being so...
