“모든게 완벽했던 숙소입니다. 한가지 단점은 제 휴대폰이 한국번호라 국제문자라 그런지 다 들어오지 않고 세줄만 들어오고 뒤는 끊겨 읽을수가 없어서, 처음에 입실할때 조금 어려움이 있었지만, 다른 모든 점이 완벽해 샬럿에 가면 또 머물 생각입니다. 숙소는 사진보다도 더 훌륭합니다. 추천합니다.”

“The staff really made the experience so great. They were all so friendly! The cabin was spacious and had a full kitchen so it was nice to be able to go grocery shopping vs order takeout. The only negative I have was there were a few black ants in the bathroom. You can take a shuttle to Carowinds or the front desk will give you a free parking pass. We will definitely stay again when we visit Carowinds.”

“Property is beautiful but the one we originally booked had a maintenance issues and we had to locate to this property. The stairs were extremely too difficult to travel up and down on each floor. There was no where to sit on both balconies. No tvs in the rooms but overall beautiful property. Wished i had another option because of the stairs were alot.”

“Was charged for my stay waaaaay before I ever even checked in. I've stayed at quite a few hotels before and they've never done that, even the Motel 8s. Not sure if that's just this hotels' policy or what but got a notification from my bank about the charge at around 6pm. I didn't check in until almost midnight, that's a whole 6 hours before ever checking in. The $75 security deposit hold required when checking in was a surprise too so I had to move some money around in order to be able to pay...
