All reception people seems like not knowing about there are VIP benefits. Finally we got upgraded room, then we found dirty tissue inside toilet. But all other things were perfect. "This was a very memorable place that I visited. It is in the rural area of japan, you can really feel the realness of the area. It's in gifu however it's definitely not a tourist trap area. The owners of the establishment reminded me of my grandmother. You are not getting a hotle with this stay more of a B&B, it definitely felt like I a was sleeping over a japanese grandma's house.
