"The day we arrived took so much longer to arrive at the hotel because they were doing road construction therefore a ridiculous amount of traffic. Anastasia, came to greet us because our driver was unable to drop us off in front of hotel. Why? Simply because our hotel is literally on a cliff. So if it wasn’t for Anastasia taking the time to greet us when we arrived there was no way we would have been able to find the property since there is no lobby. Anastasia was super helpful. "This was a terrible experience. I paid for three nights left after one night and moved to a different hotel. Still trying to get my money back. There was no water to take a shower or wash my hands/face in the bathroom. The jaccuzi was dirty with dirt so we couldn’t use that and it made a sound all night.
