"I booked 3 nights as this was the closest to the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe. On arrival my booking was denied and I was told to go away. I persisted and showed my booking on my phone. Backwards and forwards for over an hour, trying to convince reception. Whilst waiting in the tiny lobby many young couples came to the window to try and obtain a room to be told hotel full. "Best part of this hotel was easily the location. Really central to a lot of great spots in Roma and Condesa that were either walkable or an easy Uber. The room itself was quite spacious and we loved the floor to ceiling windows that provided a great view of the city. Biggest con was the overall cleaniness could've been improved. The bathroom in particular needed more of a remodel than a deep clean as some of the tiling and caulking was moldy, trash bin was dirty and bent, and our bathroom sink...
