"Me and my son have stayed here a good few times now he’s 8 and absolutely loves being in the pool and convenient for train travel "

"Food in the Orangery restaurant was great quality. Room was clean and comfortable but could maybe be doing with a little bit of renovation. Continental breakfast was of a good standard, cooked breakfast was varied with some items a little overcooked. Health suite facilities were of a good standard. Sauna and Steam room were of a decent size approx 8 people at a time in each. Changing rooms were a little tight if many people were in. Staff were pleasant, helpful and really great."

"The hotel is minutes walking distance from the train station and the view down is idyllic itself looking towards the water. The check in was easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful asked us if we would like to book our meal in the restaurant and although we were also told when breakfast was, I liked that everything you’d need to know was also on the key ring to your room. "I stayed in the Rosslea as I was attending a business meeting the next day. Firstly I was on the 3rd floor and there is no lift so if you have mobility issues could be an issue. The room itself was adequate but would benefit from a revamp. The tv was ancient but perfectly useable. The bed was 2 pushed together so was a little strange when sleeping. The breakfast was really good and was included with the stay. Overall I had a pleasant stay."

"We only stayed one night but could easily have stayed for longer. From the moment we arrived, the staff were super friendly and looked after us attentively. The room had a view of the lake and was comfortable and clean. The restaurant for dinner and breakfast was excellent with a good selection, fabulous ingredients, and presentation. Topped off by a stunning location, well worth a stop. It was our wedding anniversary whilst we were there and all the staff were so kind to us. Thank you. "
