"I had paid for breakfast for 2 through Hotels.com. My receipt showed this. The manager said Hotels.com had not informed her we could have breakfast. I was unable to get through other than a Virtual Assistant. Other than that, it is a peaceful location,…and great for fasting in the morning."

"Fue un poco difícil de encontrar el lugar, pero al llegar la impresión que nos dejó fue espectacular. Un lugar muy confortable y bonito, con una decoración rústica combinada de la modernidad. Muy buen espacio y muy bonita decoración y en el jardín tienen una pequeña piscina y entrenamientos para los niños. "We stayed in a 1 bedroom cabin. It was adorable! It had everything we needed, a cute kitchen , fully equipped! The bed was really firm and comfortable. Nice deck to sit out on and roomy table to play games and eat. I would highly recommend it!"

"Bit of a mix up on check in , best to contact them with your exact eta prior to arrival to ensure ease of access. Apartment lovely, clean , comfortable, everything you need plus extra thoughtfull touches. Handy SPAR supermarket literally 2 mins away, close to the coast walks, restaurants and bars. Would stay again."

"Easy check in. Friendly staff. Nice room. While parking was not included, it was easy to park in front of the hotel and it was free. Nice breakfast. Short walk to the beach. Good location. Quiet. Stayed 3 nights and would go back. Spent 2 weeks in the Algarve, changing city and hotel every 3 days and this place was my favorite."

"Fabulous hotel. Great location and had a lovely room with sea view . Only negative was the breakfast as it was till 11am and we came down at 10.40 and they started putting away all the breakfast at 10.50 which was very disappointing as we had no notice given to us that they were taking everything away . So gave us no chance to have anything hot ! "

"Great views and easy walk downtown or down to the beach below. Having a hot tub was a nice option. They have access to a pool as well but we did not try it, but it looked great. Room was decent, nothing amazing but no complaints, nice to have A/C after some of our stops did not."

"To start off, we had a late arrival to the property; working with Stella at the front desk, she made our arrival seamless and easy (they do not have a 24 hour front desk). The location of the property could not be any more picturesque and the location to the town and local beach makes it feel like everything is right in your very own backyard. We will absolutely return if provided the opportunity. Thank you to the staff at Pontalaia Apartamentos!"
