“Everything was generally good with two exceptions. After placing our lunch order, we waited 1 hour and 33 minutes for our lunch to arrive at our table! This is not acceptable. The employees had their total and full attention on a large table of 20 people. The large group of people placed their food orders 3 minutes before us and were served their food in 35 minutes. Also the breakfast buffet on Saturday and Sunday is total chaos, on the weekend the service is lacking.”

“We loved our stay at the IHG, the staff was superb in customer service, room was comfortable and roomy. Breakfast buffet was amazing! We really loved the infinity pool and restaurant, very convenient for those days that you just want to lounge! It is right across the street from the beach and has a lively theme outside.
