"Front desk ladies were very kind and helpful. My room wasn’t ready and they offered an upgraded room for an extra charge by the beach Oceanside. I like the room equipped with a kitchenette however there was no pots or even plastic cups in the rooms. I was told that those items would be available upon request. I understand the pots, but plastic cups?? Even in the bathroom to brush your teeth, should have been available. The place is great for a quick getaway nevertheless I would come back."

"Very comfortable 3 night stay. Approx 3 blocks from the ocean, 5-7 minute walk. We appreciated the heated pool, beach towels, shampoo and body wash. Grounds are well maintained with tropical plants and aesthetics. Good amount of parking spaces. Recommend bringing your own pillow, coffee & filters, conditioner. Staff not there 24/7 so just plan accordingly and don’t be a diva- they are very kind and accommodating. Great value for the price! "

"The place was decent. The location was good. Pool area was nice. It seemed clean except for the fingerprints all over the fridge and the floors need a good wash with soap and water. They felt dirty and left your feet filthy. Showers worked good. Overall the furnishings were cheap. I’m pretty sure they all came from Walmart. Some of the furniture was damaged but it’s not my house so as long as nothing broke when we sat on it then I could care less. I didn’t look dirty and nothing was falling...

"Overall, we were pleased with our stay at this hotel. It was exceptionally clean, and the staff was amazing. One suggestion would be to implement more consistent housekeeping for the rooms rather than requiring a 24-hour advance notice. However, the front desk was extremely helpful whenever we needed assistance. The location is great, as it is very close to the beach and all the local attractions. Considering the price we paid, we expected more amenities. It felt like we were being nickel-and-dimed throughout our stay. The resort should consider offering additional services for families or perhaps change their designation back to a hotel instead of a resort. For example, they only provided two chairs in a crowded area on the beach. Most guests travel in larger groups, and having to pay extra for additional chairs after already paying a high daily rate and resort fee seems unfair. Additionally, there were no cleaning supplies for the kitchen, and basic items like salt and pepper were not provided. It’s frustrating to spend a lot of money only to have to purchase items like salt and pepper, especially since we specifically rented a suite with a kitchen to save on dining costs. Local stores were very expensive, and the on-site market was also quite pricey. A discount for hotel guests would be more customer-friendly. "
