"All staff members were lovely and very helpful"

"The hotel is absolutely beautiful, on a busy road bustling with people yet when in the hotel you could not hear any noise outside. Perfect for me as a light sleeper. The staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for us. We came back from dinner to find out door ajar and to our surprise it was a turn down service, dressing gowns set out, chocolates on the pillow, water set out etc. We've just had the loveliest experience. This is how hotels should be run and how customers should be treated!...

"Great place to stay,fantastic buffet service ,great view of the water lovely friendly reception staff very helpful to customers nothing to much trouble. My only concern was some not so not nice people in the neighbourhood of hotel area ,not the hotels fault but just be careful if out at night as with any big city you are always going to get idiots on alhchol or drugs ."

"It was all going so well until breakfast. I had though i booked room and breakfast pnly to be told at Breakfast buffet that i wasn't . I paid for it then, only to find later on my booking that it included breakfast. So ive paid double for 2 breakfasts. Not pleased. A mistake for sure, i dont think it was intentional"
