"Quick overnight stay. Great staff! Room was spacious & clean, quiet. Water was very soft (Feels like you can't get the soap off, but that's probably the condition of the water in the area.) but warm & plenty of water pressure. Bathroom had adequate counterspace, towels & functional lighting. Workout room was small, ceiling too low for equipment & spiders & their webs dropped on my head & equipment, but it worked. Breakfast was very good."

"Someone wrecked into my vehicle with a seemingly teal colored vehicle between 11 PM and 4 AM in the parking lot on December 30th , 6th parking spot from the door on my white nissian pathfinder platinum , damaging my car from the drivers mirror all the way to my bumper including dents and creases , I need help regarding the insurance claim . "

"Property was atypical cheaper hotel, no surpises that the details are overlooked. Wifi didnt work...no mater if you wete in your room or in the "business area." Furnashings were old and warn. Towels were past "dog towel" stage. The bed was extremely uncomfortable due to being a VERY old spring mattress. I sank in it and Im only 135 pounds. The TV didnt have a guide or any channel info so finding something to watch was a flashback to the 80's. I would have rather been working on business...

"This location is old and needs updating. The woman running the desk was amazing. I witnessed her handling multiple people at once and even dealt with a communication challenge because of guests with language barriers. I wish I would have gotten her names. She was attentive to everyone. My room has a smokey stale smell and I understand that that can be a challenge to monitor. She offered me a different room, but I told her I'd be fine with an air freshener. She immediately addressed my needs and even brought my driver's license to my room, when I accidentally left it. Other hotels would have had me come to the front desk. She truly needs a raise and should be commended for her work. She also knew the history of the Howard Johnson locations, when I asked about some of the retro pictures on the wall. She said she grew up traveling with her parents taking the family on many trips and always booking at Howard Johnson locations. She is not only a loyal employee, but she exemplifies a professionalism and genuine interest to listen to the customers and make sure everyone has a positive experience. "
