There was black mold in my room, toilet paper covering the peep holes in the rooms, and drywall mud throughout the hotels trying to cover the holes on the hallway walls. Very loud place could here everything thing going on in others rooms. Was also old food all over the floors.

Liked: Location was convenient. Room was comfortable. Disliked: The front desk person was frequently unavailable. We had to wait for assistance over 10 minutes to check in when we first arrived and again on day two when neither of our keys worked. The front desk person evening day 2 & morning day 3 (same young man) was not friendly or helpful.

My husband and I are deaf, so we booked a disability room that had a visual fire alarm. But the shower was designed for someone in a wheelchair so the shower could only be used while sitting instead of being able to adjust for a standing person. Also the drain didn’t work. There was water flowing out the bathroom door.
