Indoor pool looked wonderful but I didn't use it. This property is most suited to families, and is self-catering with small stove, fridge, dishes, pots and dishwasher; there is no daily supply of towels or bedsheets. "This is located about 1 block from the train station. It was also close to the park, which in the other side is Colmar’s old town. There were any restaurants on the same block, a short walk toward the station, and there were two. "

The hotel lobby is lovely and having 2 Michelin star JYS in the building was a bonus. Proximity to old town was perfect. Close enough to walk daily without being in the middle of the crowds. "

"We had very poor to non existent wifi in our room on the 3rd floor. We were there for 4 nights and found a lack of storage in the room and washroom. We asked several times how old the building was and its history especially our room on steel stilts. No one seemed to know. The room was hot but we were able to keep the windows open as it was very quiet. We could have used an extra pillow as there was only 1 per be plus 1 extra would recommend this hotel"
