"The Taj Mahal Tower is a beautiful hotel. Our room was spacious and clean. The service was on point. The food at the in-house restaurants was excellent, if pricey. The plumbing needs some work, as our sink was leaking when we entered the room, but staff did patch it right away when notified."

"Unfreundliche Mitarbeiter, die unsere Reisepässe einbehalten wollten, einer der Mitarbeiter hat meine Freundin belästigt, indem er sie angefasst hat, nachdem er unsere Koffer aufs Zimmer gebracht hat, schmutziges Zimmer (Flecken auf der Bettwäsche und Haare überall), Gestank, Treppenhaus nicht verschlossen - fühlten uns nicht sicher, sind direkt wieder rückwärts rausgegangen,bekamen leider kein Feedback auf unsere Beschwerden und auch kein Geld für die 4 gebuchten Nächte zurück. Lage ist ok."

"While the building has a bit of patina it does have charm. The staff makes one feel welcome. I prefer it to international style hotels where you could anywhere rather than somewhere. I felt somewhere."

"It was good only a few service issues I faced. During my hotel stay, they wanted to fix the drainage issue. so I need to allow them for 10-15 min in my room. I requested for hair dryer 3-4 times but they said we will send you but they did not. That was too bad"

"The property is in great location easy check in and checkout. The property is old under Reno the noise is excessive. The check in and check out is easy and staff were helpful"
