“The inside of of Ocean Escape Condos looked just like it did on website. Housekeeping kept us with fresh towels. We were also surrounded by all the attractions. I didnt like how your not able to communicate with staff about anything. The number they provide no one answers. But overall good experience room was clean and big enough to accommodate family,”

“First time here but it was a wonderful stay. Wishing we could have stayed longer! Condo was nice and it was clean and had the basic necessities to get a stay started (paper towels, toilet paper, toiletries, etc.), Would definitely like to rent this condo again sometime!”

“Check-in was very vague. We were contacted via messenger on hotels.com instead of my email or phone. We didnt get it until we arrived at 18:00. There was no one at the security desk to let us in to the gate. Other than lack of communication in the beginning it was okay. Beautiful property nice and quiet. The pictures were not of the room we got...we thought we werr getting a loft style instead of apartment style. ”

“I think people really overreacted about this property. People were nice so was the staff our room was great we had plenty of towels and paler towels. The view was great had the coach turn into a sofa and another bed that could be pull of the bed and then the two main beds. I slept like a baby I don’t think this property is as bad as other make it out to be would definitely stay here again!”

“The property was wonderful! Ocean view from our balcony. Could walk to the beach and hang out (if weather was warmer). Our son was in a college tennis tournament on site and it was less than a 5 minute walk to the courts. Would definitely stay there again if we are going back next year for the same tournament.”

“We stayed 5 nights at Shipyard resort which was wonderful. The checkin process and resort facilities were excellent and included bikes and a thoughtful list of provisions for the property, beach towels etc. so would recommend the property. However, they took a deposit on checkin which they said would be released at the end of our stay so not impressed when they charged me on the checkout day. Once home, I had to call them 3 times and sent 2 emails to the manager asking for a refund which were...
