"It was couple of blocks from Clearwater Beach. A restaurant next door that served all 3 meals. A coffee shop a block away. Short walk to shopping. All in all a very good place to stay."

"What a great boutique hotel! Excellent location to everything you need! Everyone who works there are so friendly and accommodating. The complimentary frozen drinks by the pool were a plus. Coffee and water provided in the hotel lobby whenever you need. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again the next time I'm on Clearwater Beach!"

"Although we knew Beachview did not have an elevator. It also did not have a fire pit or any kind of shop for gift buying or food open. There were seagulls swimming in the pool constantly, did not use the pool."

"The front desk people were amazing during our check-in. It really got us excited for our weekend. I was there for a bachelorette weekend we had a great time. Overall, I would be back again I would say our only complaints regarding the hotel would be the service/servers. They were not very kind, very rude and pushy. We were able to overlook that given. Everything else was a good experience."
