"Excellent hotel in area of St James. Lobby was inviting. Receptionists very friendly and helpful. I spoke with several of the concierge and they were very helpful. Very easy to take tube which was across street. Several pubs in area. Can walk to Harrods area. Hôtel restaurant was good and attentive staff. "

"The room was lovely just slightly dated with no sockets on one side of the bed which is always frustrating. The bed was extremely comfortable and location is absolutely great when working in trafalgar square and other local areas. The telephone customer service was awful as I booked an extra night over the phone which they said they'd added to my booking for a certain cost. When arriving at the hotel they hadn't done this and quoted me a more expensive price to stay somewhere I thought I'd...

"Amazing service and comfortable stay. The staff is so fun and inviting, the room was spaceous and comfy. Had a wonderful steak dinner in the restaurant. Just all around a great weekend! I think the only thing that could be improved were the scrambled eggs. "
