"I accidentally booked a room without a bathroom, but since the hotel wasn’t fully booked, they kindly upgraded me to a room with a private bathroom at no extra cost—without me even asking. The woman who checked me in was incredibly kind and gave me a full tour of the property, which was a nice touch. The hotel itself was beautiful, well-kept, and very clean. My room was also spotless and nicely maintained. I was surprised to see this hotel rated as a two-star—I would definitely consider it worthy of three stars. They do offer luggage storage, but it’s in a public area, so there is a possibility that someone could access or go through your bags. However, I had no issues retrieving mine. The breakfast was excellent—one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had, with plenty of options. The location is also very convenient, close to the train station, making it easy to get to without any trouble."

"We enjoyed our stay in Riomaggorie and Cinque Terre. This is such a great place to stay. We choose a bigger room that had a third bed, and we had great views of the water. The owners are very nice. While it does not include breakfast, there are groceries nearby to buy food. They have coffee and tea in the room. Will be back. "

"This property was wonderful! Couple of things to note about Riomaggiore and Cinque Terre- there are lots of steps/stairs everywhere. This was fine for me but I could imagine others having difficulties getting around the area. Back to the property- the host met us at the train station and our room was ready early which was awesome for us after a day of travel. Amazing views of the ocean from the room. The host was available by text all day and he stored our luggage for us after checkout. Would come back!"
