"Lovely place, with beautiful reception area, you see that it has been grand. However you also see that the hotel overall is old and in need of renovation. the pool needed cleaning (but that was general for all our stays in Botswana) and the bar at the pool was closed in the afternoon!! They was 2 girls but the answer was closed!! Luckily a young man came by and he accommodated us (we saw that he walked to the other bar to get our orders) We had a massage all 3 and it was really good."

Showed them all the documentation, both in hard copy and on our phone and were told, "No, they made a mistake. We are fully booked and you have no reservation." Further would not help us find an alternative. Wouldn't even call someplace else for us. Our taxi had departed so we were left to wander down the road hauling our luggage and fortunately found a room at the Old House...
