Be prepared to walk outside a bit to the restaurant, pool, reception and parking. The shower was awkward. Very limited storage space for clothes, luggage, etc. No outlets for charging other than the bathroom. Only one pair of slippers for 2 guests. Basic toiletries. Overall, a gorgeous property. "This property is in middle of Radda Chianti region, beautiful & mysterious. We loved the landscape around and since we had a car rental were able to visit the San Gimignano & Siena . We eish that we could have stay one more night an enjoy more of this beautiful nature. The propyby itself was beautifully decorated and I loved the vintage feel of that, breakfast was awesome and also we enjoyed one night of spa and relaxing there and one session of message . Very nice and kind spa staff."

"The hotel Como Castelo Del Nero is a beautiful property. However, for this resort to feel more comfortable and welcoming as resort it will require a few changes: The rooms are to bright. The lights system are designed for business only. There are not one single dimmer in the entire room or bathroom. Secondly important thing are the steps to access the bathroom.
