Well situated, close to BTS, lots of variety of food in the neighborhood. Busy area, right on the main road Sukhumvit, lots to see and do. Not as touristy as Asok, Nana and Siam areas. Staff is very helpful and friendly, but English is not great. Overall I enjoyed the month I stayed there and would stay again if there wasn't thousands of other great areas in Bangkok to stay in. :)

Great property with amazing and helpful staff. Exceptional breakfast. We were upgraded to a suite with laundry facility. Highly recommended.

Overall our stay at Lebua was good. The view from our room was amazing and the staff was friendly. However, everything else left my wife and wanting more. The facilities are definitely outdated, but seems they are doing renovations like their spa. The breakfast included at both restaurants was the worst I’ve ever had in Thailand. I think for the room price, they should take a second look at their offerings to make sure they meet high standards. The bars are cool, but most had very similar offerings at exuberant prices. Almost every drink was $50 with service and tax included. I think at those prices we just got a little price fatigue for a staycation at Lebua. I would definitely come back for the sky bar, but it’s difficult to go to dinner and hit a few bars and spend upwards of $500 per night. I think there is better value to be found in Bangkok.

I loved everything about the property. The swimming pool is fabulous.

Absolutely gorgeous property even though it’s showing age in some areas. Service was top notch. We would gradly stay there again and would highly recommend!
