Apparently, they were short of staff, so in order to enter the urbanization where the hotel is located, because there’s a gate, we had to wait for someone of the area who wanted to enter the urbanization to be able to enter with them. "This hotel is by far the worst hotel I have ever seen. I had issues since the check in because the front desk lady didn't know how to proceed with a reserve made online. I later learned from her that none of the TVs have remote controls, when she gave me the key.
