"눈이 펑펑오는 날에 이용했었어요. 밖에 날씨 대비해서 호텔은 아늑하고 포근해서 편하게 이용했습니다. 새벽에 서산에 도착해서 체크인까지 많은 시간이 남았었는데, 짐도 보관해주시고 사우나 이용도 안내해주셔서 오전시간을 알차게 보낼 수 있었어요. 조식부페가 왜 유명한가 했더니 정말 잘 준비되어 있었어요. 음식맛도 구성도 뭐하나 부족하다고 느껴지지 않을만큼 좋았고 직원분들께서 정말 배려깊게 살펴주셔서 배불리 먹었습니다. 사우나는 꼭 가보시라고 말씀드리고 싶어요. 정말 좋습니다. 서비스도 맛사지도 최고였어요. 기회가 된다면 언제든 가고 싶은 곳이였어요. 객실 만족도도 최상입니다. 부족한 물품은 늘 챙겨주셨어서 편하게 쉬고 업무보고 왔습니다."

"This hotel is more for a convention purpose. Not family friendly if you are traveling with kids. Also during the winter all the hotel rooms share the same room temperature which for my family was a bit too hot and stuffy. Found weird that we were not able to turn on the AC. They dis provide a small fan. Now the worst thing was the breakfast buffet. I initially had purchased for both mornings but after trying it the first day, I got a refund for the second day. I don’t even want to describe their...
